With 5+ years in multifamily construction, you will coordinate subcontractors, oversee safety and quality, and manage daily field operations across a Class A project, delivering top-tier finishes and amenities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily construction experience with a general contractor
• Experience supporting ground-up Class A or luxury multifamily developments
• Knowledge of Type V wood-frame construction and large garden-style apartment communities
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, quality control, safety, inspections, and daily field operations
• Familiarity with luxury residential finishes, clubhouse construction, resort-style amenities, pools, and outdoor community spaces
• Experience utilizing Procore or comparable construction management software
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Orlando area
