Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for multifamily developments in the Greater Orlando area. You will lead wrap-style projects with parking garages, amenity decks, and complex site logistics.

The role requires 10+ years of multifamily construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore or similar CM software. You will coordinate inspections, safety, and schedules to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• Experience leading wrap-style multifamily projects with parking garages and amenity decks.
• Strong knowledge of Florida construction processes, inspections, and permitting requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field staff, schedules, and daily site operations.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
