Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support a ground-up luxury multifamily development in Florida. The ideal candidate will independently manage daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality control throughout 200+ unit project milestones from groundbreaking to turnover.

With 5+ years in commercial construction and a track record on large multifamily schemes, you will leverage Procore or Bluebeam for documentation while collaborating

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• 3–4 completed ground-up multifamily projects as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Experience constructing 150+ unit apartment communities.
• Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction, podium, wrap-style, or garden-style developments.
• Ability to independently manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety.
• Experience coordinating inspections, scheduling, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction management software experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Local Orlando candidates or those willing to relocate are highly preferred.

Take ownership of a landmark luxury multifamily community from the ground up while helping deliver one of Central Florida's premier apartment developments.

Our client is an established multifamily general contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality apartment communities throughout Florida. Their projects emphasize craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and long-term relationships with both clients and employees.

They are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support construction of a luxury multifamily development—an exciting ground-up community that will feature more than 200 residential units and premium amenities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is already operating independently in the field and is ready to continue growing alongside an experienced leadership team.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
