Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up multifamily developments in Central Florida, from site mobilization through final turnover. You will oversee safety, scheduling, and quality on high-profile projects valued at $30M+ while coordinating with subcontractors and in-house teams.

Based in Orlando, you will leverage Procore or similar CM software and Florida permitting knowledge to keep critical milestones on track and preempt delays.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• Experience leading wrap-style multifamily projects with parking garages and amenity decks.
• Strong knowledge of Florida construction processes, inspections, and permitting requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field staff, schedules, and daily site operations.
• Full construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts, closeout.
• Ability to get ahead of issues and prevent project delays.
• Procore or similar construction management software proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production scheduling.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up multifamily projects from site mobilization through turnover.
