Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Multifamily Superintendent in Golden Oak, FL for a high-end ground-up multifamily project. This on-site, permanent role requires running a 300-unit luxury development with a precast parking structure from start to finish.

You will have full autonomy on the job site, manage complex structural sequencing, and coordinate multiple trades while receiving a project completion bonus and allowances. This is a senior leadership opportunity with substantial responsibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/multifamily construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent/Lead Superintendent/General Superintendent.
• Must have independently run large-scale ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience with wrap-style multifamily construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple-story residential construction with a structured parking garage.
• Strong understanding of structural sequencing, subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead a complex project from structure through completion.
• Strong communication and field leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Run a 300-unit luxury multifamily project with a precast parking structure and elevated pool deck - this is a field leadership role for a Superintendent who has done it before.

Our client is an established builder/developer constructing high-quality multifamily communities in the Orlando market. This is a senior field leadership opportunity on a major ground-up project requiring an experienced Superintendent who can independently manage complex structural and multifamily construction.

Job Details

• 10+ years of commercial/multifamily construction experience.

• Experience managing large crane/precast erection operations.
• Procore experience.
