Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, headquartered in Tulsa, seeks a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects. You will oversee materials, equipment and people, ensuring documentation is complete and projects meet goals for timely, profitable completion.

Responsibilities include leading safety culture, coordinating subcontractors, managing the schedule and budget, and collaborating with owners, design teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience with field supervision experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control and manages project schedules.
