Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. You will oversee material, equipment, and subcontractors, while mentoring staff and ensuring safety and QA/QC across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years construction experience and 1+ year in field supervision, with strong knowledge of schedules, cost reporting and collaboration with owners and design teams.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects.
• Manage material and equipment, and oversee subcontractors and staff.
• Lead safety culture and ensure incident reporting and training.
• Develop and manage project schedules, cost tracking, and closeouts.
