Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 for our Advanced Facilities Group to plan, manage and execute project work on high‑stakes Industrial, Data Center and Semiconductor projects across the country. You will oversee safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, manage workflows and ensure timely, profitable completion in line with JE Dunn’s values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience and 1+ years field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control and leads meetings.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager and tracks budgets.
• Communicates key information to owners, design team and authorities.
• Ensures QA/QC compliance and project closeouts.
• Gains understanding of pursuit process and pre‑planning with field leadership.
