Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 for the Advanced Facilities group to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. You will oversee material, equipment, staff, and safety, while maintaining project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, profitable completion.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate with owners and design teams, and supervise subcontractors across Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of construction experience and 1+ year of field supervision.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and oversees QA/QC and EEO programs on the project.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow; coordinates staff, suppliers and programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors; creates project schedules and monitors progress.
• Coordinates and leads project meetings (daily standups, weekly trade meetings, OAC).
• Ensures documentation, cost reporting and reporting accuracy; supports closeouts.
