Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors and staff, and ensure on-time, profitable completion while aligning with JE Dunn's values.

You will develop work plans, coordinate with the project team, control costs and maintain schedules, while fostering a diverse, inclusive team on select Industrial & Manufacturing or Data Center projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• 1+ years of field supervision experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Leads all safety culture efforts and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow on site.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and safety/QA/EEO programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Creates and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Tracks budget and costs using project management reports.
• Communicates project information to owners, design team and vendors.
