Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects in our Advanced Facilities division. You will oversee material, equipment, and people management, ensuring timely, profitable completion while aligning with JE Dunn’s values and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field supervision, a construction management background, and strong communication and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of construction site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety culture and incidents investigations.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for projects.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control of the project.
• Creates and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
