Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects within our Advanced Facilities Group. You will oversee safety, subcontractors, schedule, and on-site logistics to ensure timely, quality outcomes for industrial, data center, and manufacturing projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and QA/QC processes while collaborating with owners, designers, and field

Qualifications

• Strong safety leadership and commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience presenting to project teams and owners.
• Ability to collaborate with field and office personnel to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall project workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
• Lead meetings and participate in progress reviews.
