Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects on industrial, data center, and semiconductor sites. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project schedules to meet timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years construction experience and 1+ years supervision, with a high school diploma and a preferred bachelor's in CM or engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and organize the overall job and workflow.
• Oversee company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care, custody and control.
• Lead meetings and manage project schedule with the Project Manager.
