Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent for Advanced Facilities Group to plan, manage, and execute project activities from start to finish. You will oversee material, equipment, people management, and documentation to meet goals and ensure profitable completion, aligning with JE Dunn’s values.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate with owners and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and supervise field operations on industrial and manufacturing projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in construction supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• Strong safety culture and QA/QC awareness.
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and coordination with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture on the project and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participates in progress meetings.
