Aurora Energy Services Ltd is seeking experienced Field Service Representatives to support inverter and BESS work across utility-scale and commercial solar sites nationwide. You will commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Sungrow inverters, PCS units, and related systems in the field, with travel required to client sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PV inverters or power electronics, Sungrow certifications preferred, and the ability to read electrical drawings, perform HV

Qualifications

• 3+ years field PV inverter or power electronics experience.
• Sungrow-specific experience strongly preferred; certs encouraged.
• Knowledge of DC 600V–1500V and AC up to 34.5kV.
• Willing to travel nationwide for field assignments; valid license.

Responsabilités

• Perform hot and cold commissioning of Sungrow inverters and PCS/BESS equipment.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance including firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot inverter and BESS faults using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct IV tracing, insulation tests, and thermal imaging inspections.
• Perform HV/MV switching and support LOTO procedures.
• Monitor faults via SCADA and complete service reports promptly.
• Provide training and technical support to clients and junior staff.
• Travel to job sites as required.
