Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County in Fort Morgan, CO is seeking a Summer Youth Development Professional to plan, implement, and supervise activities for youth ages 6–18 across sports, arts, education, and leadership.

You will lead groups of 5–20, foster learning and engagement, ensure safety, and support positive youth development while enjoying a fun, energetic team and flexible scheduling. Seasonal – 30–40 hours/week May 18 through August 1.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and pursuing degree
• Experience working with children
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth
• Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
• Knowledge of youth development principles
• Valid State Driver’s License
