Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bowling Green Area is seeking an energetic Youth Development Professional to support our Summer Program. You will ensure safety, oversee activities for ages 6–18, and help run national and local programming across our Main Clubhouse and partner locations.

Responsibilities include facilitating activities, planning schedules by age, supervising field trips, and maintaining equipment, with a focus on engaging learning experiences in a busy nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be organized and responsible.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, games, sports, and other outdoor activities.
• Assist in creating daily and weekly schedules across groups by age and interest.
• Monitor members and escort them to activities and field trips.
• Provide fun learning opportunities.
• Set up, take down, and maintain Club equipment.
