Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a Youth Development Professional to supervise and support a variety of program areas—including Athletics, Cultural Arts, Education, STEM, and Teen activities—and to ensure high-quality programming during scheduled shifts.

You will build strong relationships with club members, mentor youth, and contribute to a safe, inclusive club culture while participating in designated training weeks and district opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children/teens essential.
• Ability to supervise groups and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Implement program offerings aligned with youth development.
• Support youth engagement and trauma-informed practices.
• Build relationships with club members and provide mentorship.
• Participate in staff training and professional development.
• Assist with light cleaning and safety monitoring as needed.
