The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma and demonstrate a commitment to personal development and positive youth management principles.

Qualifications

• Commitment to work four days a week.
• Ability to observe, interact, and communicate with youth.
• Must understand behavior management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support, lead, and encourage young people.
• Oversee daily operations of recreation areas.
• Organize and facilitate recreational activities.
