Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is seeking a Child Care Group Leader for a seasonal, non-exempt, part-time role across Larimer County Club locations. The position pays $18.00 per hour with a November 23, 2026 start and January 8, 2027 end date.

The role includes leading engaging youth programs, ensuring safety, serving as a positive mentor, and supporting after-school activities. Grounded in youth development, CPR and bilingual skills are a plus, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months (455 hours) of verified care/supervision of four or more children over age four, or a current early childhood credential level I or higher.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking and CPR certification preferred; ability to motivate youth; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and leading a variety of programs in academic enrichment, good character & citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.
• Help ensure safety of Club members and environment.
• Act as a mentor/role model for school-aged youth.
