Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) offers a 12-week Operations Internship as part of its Management Trainee Program, giving hands-on exposure in the Parts or Service departments through rotations and a summer project.

Participants execute business initiatives under supervision, develop skills to rotate within departments, and build toward the Full-Time Management Trainee Program.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with on-the-job training and networking opportunities to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
• Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
