Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) is conducting an Operations Intern Program, a 12-week summer rotation into Parts or Service, with supervision and hands-on participation to learn the dealership business.

You will execute business initiatives, rotate through department roles, and contribute to a summer-long process improvement project, ultimately feeding into the Full-Time Management Trainee Program.

Formación

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
• Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.
