Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
• Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Execute business initiatives during the internship and gain hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Rotate through the Parts or Service department to understand daily operations.
• Contribute to a summer-long process improvement project.
• Participate in a pipeline toward the Full-Time Management Trainee Program.
