Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Summer Hospitality Intern for a 10-week, on-site program in Kansas City. Interns will explore roles across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage, while delivering guest-focused service and supporting team operations.

The program emphasizes mentorship, hands-on experience, and potential full-time opportunities after completion, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program.
• Available to complete at least a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Experience with basic math and cash handling is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow safety guidelines, procedures, and asset protection protocols.
• Perform duties across assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage).
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
