Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA offers a Summer Hospitality Internship hosted on-site, spanning 10 weeks. Interns will rotate across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage and perform full responsibilities per department.

Selected interns must be enrolled in a degree program and capable of flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program during the internship.
• Available to complete a 10-week program (end of May to Early August).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US.
• No housing or relocation will be provided.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests across departments per program.
• Support guest services, housekeeping, retail, attractions, entertainment, or Food & Beverage per assignment.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and lodge events.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all assigned areas.
