Procter & Gamble invites engineering students to join a 12-week internship at our Boston Go & Tech Center. You will work with cross‑functional teams, contribute to intelligent controls, mechanical design, and manufacturing process development, and gain hands‑on experience with Industry 4.0 technologies.

You will engage in projects across R&D and Manufacturing, mentored by experienced engineers, and have opportunities to explore long‑term careers within P&G.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising juniors/seniors).
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in manufacturing settings.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with basic control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of control systems and robotics.
• Develop mechanical equipment concepts and prototype from modeling to hands-on work.
• Assist in refining packaging and conversion technologies for high-speed production.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes and optimize lines.
• Support instrumentation, metrology, and quality control initiatives.
