Job summary
Procter & Gamble’s Boston Go & Tech Center is seeking an aspiring engineer for a 12-week Engineering Internship. You will collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing, work on cutting-edge technologies, and gain hands-on experience on real projects that matter.
You will contribute to intelligent controls, mechanical design, packaging, and manufacturing process development, supported by mentors, networking, and opportunities to explore long-term careers with P&G.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive results in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to relocate and complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies for process control.
- Develop and prototype mechanical equipment, from modeling to hands-on design.
- Assist in refining packaging technologies and high-speed packaging projects.
