Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
- Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills; basic control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 tech, and AI/ML for process control.
- Apply mechanical engineering skills to develop innovative equipment from modeling to prototyping.
- Assist in refining materials conversion and high-speed packaging tech and projects.
- Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes and optimize production lines.
