Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Engineering Internship at our Boston Go & Tech Center. You will work with a cross-functional team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to control systems, equipment development, and packaging engineering.

Students enrolled in engineering programs will gain hands-on experience with R&D and manufacturing processes, while receiving mentorship and exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field; anticipated graduation 2027–2029.
• Must complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and career mobility across locations.
• Basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Strong collaboration and communication with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project scope, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Controls & Automation: support design, development, and implementation of control systems and AI/ML for process control.
• Mechanical Design & Development: develop equipment from modeling to hands-on prototyping.
• Converting & Packing Engineering: refine technologies for packaging and materials.
• Manufacturing Process Development: scale up innovative processes and validate materials.
• Instrumentation & Metrology: support precision instrumentation for quality control.
• Robotics Engineering: help develop and integrate robotic solutions.
• Environmental & Civil Engineering: assist sustainability and site infrastructure projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
