Procter & Gamble is offering a 12‑week Engineering Internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center for engineering students. You’ll contribute to intelligent controls, automation, mechanical design, and packaging projects, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing to drive early impact.

You will work on real tools and technologies, including Industry 4.0 concepts, robotics, and sustainable manufacturing, with mentorship and a strong growth focus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to contribute to technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in diverse teams.
• Able to complete a 12 week internship between May and August 2027.
• Willing to relocate for the Summer 2027 internship and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems and automation for process control.
• Develop and prototype mechanical equipment and packaging solutions from modeling to hands‑on iterations.
• Assist in refining technologies for material conversion and high‑speed packaging projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes and optimize production lines.
• Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems.
• Contribute to robotics development and integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Support environmental, civil, and site infrastructure projects as needed.
