Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Engineering Internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center. You will collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing, working on intelligent controls, mechanical design, and packaging engineering.

We seek students in engineering with a 2027–2029 graduation window, ready to relocate for the summer. The program provides mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
Academic Standing: Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029.
Project Mindset: Eagerness to contribute to projects and manage timelines.
Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Analytical and problem-solving skills; basic control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Agility & Drive: Proactive, self-driven, adaptable to scope, schedule and cost.
Availability: Complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
Mobility: Willing to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and beyond.

Responsibilities

Support design, development, and implementation of control systems and automation.
Develop equipment through modeling, analysis, and prototyping.
Assist packaging technology and materials development projects.
Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes and optimize lines.
Support precision instrumentation and metrology for quality control.
Contribute to robotics integration and manufacturing tasks.
Assist site infrastructure and environmental compliance projects.
