Job summary
Procter & Gamble invites motivated engineering students to join a 12-week internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center, working alongside R&D and manufacturing teams on cutting-edge projects. You'll gain hands-on experience across intelligent controls, mechanical design, packaging, and process development, mentored daily by experienced engineers, with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.
Starting pay ranges from $85,000 to $122,200 per year for this internship, and relocation support is available
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical field.
- Anticipated graduation date Winter 2027 to Spring 2029.
- Willingness to relocate and complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
- Strong problem solving, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of control systems and automation projects.
- Assist in mechanical design, modeling, and prototyping activities.
- Contribute to packaging, process development, and manufacturing improvements.
- Help with metrology, instrumentation, and quality control initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to scale up processes.
