The program targets students in engineering disciplines with a passion for innovation, ready to relocate for Summer 2027 and contribute from Day 1 with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029; rising Juniors/Seniors.
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results.
• Basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and throughout career.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of control systems and automation for process control.
• Develop and prototype equipment through modeling to hands-on testing.
• Assist in refining packaging and conversion technologies on projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing to scale up innovative processes.
• Support instrumentation and metrology for quality control.
• Contribute to robotics integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Assist with site infrastructure and environmental compliance projects.
