Procter & Gamble's Boston Go & Tech Center offers a 12-week Engineering Internship designed to develop future professionals by engaging in real engineering projects across ICA, APS, and MPD domains. You’ll collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing teams, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and Industry 4.0 tools.

You will receive formal mentorship, training, and exposure to a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or related technical bachelor’s program.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to contribute to technical solutions.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and consider future relocations.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA): Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions for process control.
• Mechanical Design & Development (APS): Apply mechanical engineering mastery to develop innovative equipment (e.g., Blades & Metals, Plastics Systems, Equipment Design). Work from modeling/analysis to hands‑on prototyping.
• Converting & Packing Engineering: Assist in refining technologies for material conversion and high-speed packaging, including packaging group projects.
• Manufacturing Process Development (MPD): Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes, assist in material/format validation, optimize production lines, and support supplier management.
• Instrumentation & Metrology: Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and measurement accuracy.
• Robotics Engineering: Contribute to developing and integrating robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
• Environmental & Civil Engineering: Support sustainable solutions, site infrastructure, and environmental compliance projects.
