You will work on cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies, gain mentorship from seasoned engineers, and experience a dynamic, cross-functional environment with opportunities to grow into longer-term roles.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Academic Standing: Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Project Mindset: Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Analytical and problem-solving skills; basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Agility & Drive: Able to adapt to changes in scope, schedule, and cost; proactive and self-driven.
• Availability: Able to complete a 12 week internship between May and August 2027.
• Mobility: Willing to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and throughout career; relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Controls & Automation: Support design, development, and implementation of control systems and AI/ML for process control.
• Mechanical Design & Development: Develop equipment from modeling to prototyping.
• Converting & Packing Engineering: Refine technologies for packaging and materials handling.
• Manufacturing Process Development: Scale up processes and optimize production lines.
• Instrumentation & Metrology: Support precision instrumentation for quality control.
• Robotics Engineering: Develop and integrate robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
• Environmental & Civil Engineering: Support sustainable site infrastructure projects.
