Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Met/Industrial or Manufacturing fields with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong interest in thermo-mechanical processing of metals.
• Experience with data analysis tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work in plant/shop-floor environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations and Engineering to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop measurement tools for quality and equipment alignment on the shop floor.
• Identify process improvement opportunities during ESR startup.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and variations.
• Develop or improve standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Teams to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
