Responsibilities

Create and analyze seeded heat compacts using BPO materials for a fingerprint database.
Develop a process to limit open-air dumping of revert powder from screening to VIM.
Support implementation of the auto-feed program in screening to improve efficiency.
Analyze process and material data to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to implement practical powder processing improvements.
