IT'SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As the premier "SUGARTAINER" in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience, you will handle sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with opening/closing responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow engagement model and maintain store visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to cash out customers and handle transactions.
• Open or close the store as needed and support merchandising and promotions.
• Maintain cash handling records and support store operations.
