Job summary

IT’SUGAR, a fast-growing candy retailer with over 100 locations nationwide, is seeking a Retail Keyholder in New York to deliver a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. You’ll be the premier SUGARTAINER, handling sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with occasional opening/closing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a SWEET customer experience while promoting the IT’SUGAR brand and providing exceptional service.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers accurately.
• Maintain store merchandising and visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed.
• Set up for special events and promotions.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report LP issues to the Store Manager.
