Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring a Territory Manager, SUD (MD, Baltimore County) to lead the growth of our Substance Use Disorder program across the region. You will travel throughout Baltimore County to engage referral partners, educate them about Charlie Health’s SUD and mental health offerings, and build a scalable go-to-market playbook with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years in sales/business development, healthcare outreach experience, and strong relationship-building.

Qualifications

4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory-level GTM strategy for the SUD program.
Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
Conduct in-field outreach 4–5 days/week to educate partners about SUD programs.
Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with partners to improve access to care.
Gather partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry conferences.
