Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, in Las Vegas to drive the growth of our national SUD program. You will build relationships with referral partners, educate on our comprehensive SUD and behavioral health offerings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Based in Las Vegas, you will travel within the area, manage partnerships, and report to the GTM leadership. This is a high-accountability role with a clear path to shaping our SUD strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth.
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners at various care levels.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4–5 days per week to educate partners about Charlie Health’s SUD programs.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
• Represent Charlie Health at community settings and industry events to promote awareness.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to hit growth goals.
