Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, based in Baltimore to scale our Substance Use Disorder program nationwide. You will engage referral partners at detox centers, residential treatment centers, and other SUD-focused organizations to explain our holistic mental health and SUD offerings and drive the partner ecosystem.

You will work in a high-accountability environment, building strategic relationships, educating stakeholders, and helping expand access to care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health's SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in need.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long-term collaboration.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and at industry events to promote awareness of our SUD program.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from partners and stakeholders to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel.
