Qualifications

• Experience in direct client‑facing role, preferably in mental health.
• Ability to cover Central Time and West Coast hours (11am–7pm ET).
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey from first contact through the start of care, ensuring no one falls out.
• Serve as the connective tissue between referral partners, clients, and Admissions team.
• Keep referral partners informed on people they entrust to Charlie Health.
• Partner with Outreach team to keep clients moving toward treatment and coach on pipeline strategy.
• Identify barriers to care and elevate patterns behind them.
