Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to deliver architecture and design for customers, guiding use-case development and solution implementation. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams.

The role requires deep Informatica MDM experience, IDMC proficiency, and a track record of deploying cloud and on-premise data solutions. You will act as a technical coach and trusted advisor in a fast-paced post-sales environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey (e.g. Informatica MDM, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce).
• Experience with Informatica IDMC and MDM platforms is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Informatica MDM with multiple project deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture, design, use-case development and solution implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams for engagements and handoffs.
• Advise on aligning product capabilities to customer needs and act as a technical coach to customers and coworkers.
