Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Success Architect to deliver architecture and design, use-case development and solution implementation guidance for customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams to ensure successful post-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years with Informatica products in Business 360 journey including MDM and related suites.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM preferred.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering and Professional Services teams to align product to customer needs.
• Serve as counselor and advisor to customers and a technical coach to colleagues.
