Responsibilities

• Provide architecture, design, and use case development for customer solutions
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams for implementation
• Partner with Product/Engineering to align product capabilities with customer needs
• Serve as a counselor and technical coach to customers and teammates in post-sales engagements
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and whitepapers
