Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled Success Architect to guide customers through architecture, design, and solution implementation in post-sales engagements. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering to ensure value delivery and successful adoption of Informatica-based solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in MDM, data integration, cloud platforms and architecture, with strong communication to both technical and business

Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge of Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform would be preferable.
• Proven ability to architect and advise on data integration, data quality, cloud and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design guidance, use case development, and solution implementation advice.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align product to customer needs.
• Act as a technical coach to the customer success team and ensure successful post-sales engagements.
• Create and publish technical artifacts and blueprints for customers and partners.
