Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to provide architecture and design guidance, develop use cases, and implement solutions for customers. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Product/Engineering to ensure successful adoption and tailored architectures across data management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey including Informatica MDM (Multi-domain, Hosted, C360) and C360 for Salesforce.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM preferred.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering for broader services engagements.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to design solutions and align product to customer needs.
• Act as counselor/technical coach to customers and colleagues; support post-sales success.
