Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation guidance for our customers while working with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams. In this role, you must be technically proficient, collaborative and able to communicate with both technical and business audiences.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, acting as a counselor and adviser to customers and a technical coach

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Informatica products in the Business 360 journey (e.g., Informatica Multi-domain Master Data Management, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce).
Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM preferred.
Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.

Responsibilities

Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
Collaborate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Act as counselor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to colleagues throughout post-sales engagement.
Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
Publish external facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts and articles.
