You will work with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Product/Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable, post‑sales engagements.

You’ll coach peers, draft whitepapers and proposals, and respond quickly to technical questions about product features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.
• Experience deploying cloud and on‑premise software solutions (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Virtualization).

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Interface with Product/Engineering to align product to customer needs.
• Serve as technical coach to colleagues in customer success team and deliver technical proposals.
